We want you to love your jewellery! If something’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns and refunds.
Returns
You can return most items within 14 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

Unworn and in its original condition

In the original packaging (including any pouches or boxes)

Returned within 14 calendar days of delivery
To start a return, please contact us [contact page] with your order number and reason for return.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on earrings, unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll let you know whether your refund has been approved. If approved, a full refund (excluding original shipping fees) will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

We recommend using a tracked service to return items—we’re not responsible for returns lost in transit.
Faulty or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo and your order number. We’ll sort it out as quickly as possible with a refund or replacement.
